Transaction volume
Forty transactions a month is not the same job as six hundred. We scope against your actual bank feed history rather than a guess.
Payroll size
Four salaried staff paid monthly differs from twenty casuals paid weekly across award classifications. Payroll is priced separately so you can see it.
Reporting depth
Clean books for your accountant cost less than a monthly pack with cash flow forecasting and written commentary. You choose the level.
GST and software

A fixed monthly cycle: feeds reconciled, transactions coded, bills and invoices recorded, period closed. You get a profit and loss, a balance sheet and quarterly BAS figures reviewed with you before lodgement. Payroll is available as an add-on, and everything carries straight across if you move up to Growth.
Where payroll and monthly reporting come together
Payroll runs to your cycle with payslips, leave, superannuation and Single Touch Payroll lodged on time. Reporting becomes a monthly pack with aged receivables and payables plus written commentary, and the monthly call is where those numbers turn into decisions while they are still current.
Forward-looking rather than backward-looking
A dedicated bookkeeper who knows your file, a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, budget versus actual variance analysis and job or department profitability. We manage ASIC dates and payroll tax thresholds, and liaise with your accountant year-round rather than only at tax time.
